Favourite Florals for Mother’s Day …
I love flowers. Phil knows it, my kids know it and so does anyone who follows me on Instagram! My absolute favourite florals are roses, and when Prestige Flowers offered to send me a surprise Mother’s Day bouquet I positively bit their hands off! I mean who doesn’t love getting flowers delivered to their door?
The bouquet I was sent is called Lomond, you can find it over on the Prestige Flowers website along with a stunning range of other Mother’s Day gifts. There’s still time to pick your Mum the perfect bouquet of her favourite florals to arrive before Mother’s Day this Sunday.
I personally love the beautiful pastel/sorbet roses which are perfectly complimented by the pretty little shamrock blooms and bright germini (gerbera). They are all offset by the fresh lime chrysanthemums and deep green foliage. The vase that came with the bouquet is also a perfect partner to a vase I already have, and is a really nice touch for me. I love the contemporary shape of it, and allows the blooms to settle into a lovely spray.
After cooing over the blooms for a solid 10 minutes, I emptied the rest of the box out. A gorgeously soft little teddy bear, which I may or may not get to keep to myself once the kids touch it! Lastly but by no means least there was a box of Valley British Crafted Chocolates. These individual chocolate delights are wonderful, with a great selection of flavours such as seasalted caramel and lemon truffle, and will be going down a treat with some fizz on Mother’s Day.
If you still need to get something for that special Mum in your life, I cannot recommend more highly a bouquet like this. There are plenty more blooms to choose from on the Prestige Flowers website, and you can add extra’s to make it the gift that keeps on giving. So go find her favourite florals and treat her with a surprise this delivery.
Thank you once again to Prestige Flowers for making my day with these gorgeous blooms! They have brightened my week up no end, and the kids have already pinched the teddy too, told it wouldn’t last long as mine, #mumlife!
PS. There are care instructions in the package, however for me personally I highly recommend using filtered water, trim the leaves off the stems that will be near or below the water line and finally trim 2cm off the stem and place in the vase immediately to prevent air bubbles being drawn up the stem.
Disclaimer: the Lomond Bouquet from Prestige Flowers were gifted in exghange for my review. As always my review is honest and 100% my own.
